Hi, I just got a new vegan cookbook for Christmas which I absolutely love. I want to eat even healthier than the cookbook recipies. For example, what type of flour can I easily substitute for white all-purpose flour? Also, what can I substitute for vegan margarine? Is there a table somewhere? I still have some weight to lose, but even more importantly, I have high cholesterol and high triglycerides.
