New to program, please advise on my food choices..

I'd appreciate someone telling me if I'm doing this right. I've read portions are not an issue so I haven't listed or kept tract of amounts I've had. I also have coffee w/silk and water, tea throughout the day. I'd appreciate any suggestions so I can do this right! I'm enjoying making new meals that I've never tried before  Monday was a mix of vegan and dinner was not so I'm officially starting Tuesday! Tuesday B oatmeal w/cinnamon S banana L 2 veggie wraps w/hummus D Couscous Confetti Salad, Beans & Greens Wednesday B oatmeal w/cinnamon S banana L veggie wrap with leftover beans & greens D lentil soup, Couscous Confetti Salad, Beans & Greens Thursday B special k w/almond milk, banana L couscous, carrots w/hummus
