Hello, I stated the vegan plan this monday. I had been eating a high protein low carb diet along with working out for 2 hours a day. Before I changed I felt fine no I feel terrible. Very tired, headaches and over all rotten.
I am trying to lose 50 lbs but I need to fell better.
Is this my body adjusting?
Also what does anyone think about Acai juice a s a supplement?
