Well my metabolism has shifted into HIGH gear with lots of GAS . Any words of wisdom to share on the matter? Very Happy Embarassed

It will pass (tee hee) seriously, give yourself and your body time to adjust to this new fabulous way of eating. You are honoring your body by giving it what it needs and it needs to clear out the bad and adjust to the best you can do.

Good job! Drink water, exercise and keep eating well.

Re: gas. If gas is from beans, try rinsing the beans 5 times as they are softening, then refilling the pot with clean, filtered water each time. Next, cook in fresh filtered water. Don't use canned beans.
