I dont know the price where you live so cant answer the cheap part but Solgar brand put out a vegan multivitamin as well as a non-vegan so check labels. http://www.solgar.com/ Also Dr Furhman has his own Multivitamin - I haven't tried it. He has a vitamin advisor section on his website. While he advises a multivitamin he believes that some ingredients put into regular multivitamins are harmful. http://www.drfuhrman.com My goal is that as my diet improves starting with this kickstart I will not need to reply on a muitivitamin to give me missing nutrients. It will all come from a varied high nutrient low fat diet as recommended by Dr McDougall in his book the Starch Solution. That would be the cheapest as good quality supplements are expensive.
