What are the good iron options for vegans? I am not able to purchase bok choi or collard greens easily. Any other options besides spinach?

Any greens, even wild greens such as poke-weed, lamb's quarters, dandalion, milk-weed, burdock...the list is huge.

Mother Earth News has a great article here:

Remember Popeye? Spinach is a great iron source. So are beans, beets, and dried fruit. Investing in an iron skillet is a good way to go as well.

Also remember to consume foods rich in vitamin C with your iron foods, i.e., spinach salad with orange slices, red peppers in your lentil stew, etc.

Quinoa is a GREAT source of iron as well as protein, magnesium etc... you should eat it with Vit C though so it is more absorable- ie- red pepper, oranges

Along with the others' suggestions, blackstrap molasses and pumpkin seeds are good sources of iron as well. At least, that's what my OB said during my last pregnancy when I was a little anemic.

It's nice to get suggestions like pumpkin seeds and dried fruit, as these are quick and easy to eat, and require v little preparation.
