Breakfast = Breakfast Rice Pudding Lunch = 3-bean chili, homemade, gluten-free cornbread, and salad (spinach, carrots, sprouts and honey-dijon/vegenaise dressing) Snack = apple with homemade almond butter Post workout Snack = Pea Protein shake with cocoa and banana Dinner = Modified Cesaer salad (trying it for the first time so VERY excited) and lentil burger
