Hello everyone. Nice to meet you all.
I actually started back in December and then saw this kick start program and thought it would be a good idea. So far I really love it. I have one problem.
I am not hungry.. at all. I find myself skipping breakfast, will have a vegan lunch, and dinner time I am not hungry. My husband is not vegan and is cooking his regular meat type of meals. it isn't making me sick or anything, but I find myself wanting something around 9pm, so I will have a treat/veggies, but not a dinner meal.
Has this happened to others? Any comments? I would appreciate it. Thank you all in advance
