Thanks for Part 3. I enjoy watching these....nice, positive, and uplifting

Yesim, it may be true what you said about the chef's remark but since he has a cute accent and he seems to be a great chef, I forgive him. lol

Why can't there be a Lifestyle program like this near where I live and for everyone else too?
Aren't they lucky?!

Thanks, veganer. I have just watched it and it seems like other than his triglycerides, other readings of the anchor were ok. Although, I am not so sure if his total cholesterol number is actually what I have as 151. His was 120 something to start with...
