PCRM Receives Highest Rating from Charity Navigator
The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) is honored to have received the highest rating for sound fiscal management from Charity Navigator, America’s largest charity evaluator.
In a letter to PCRM dated April 27, 2006, Charity Navigator wrote that PCRM earned its third consecutive 4-star rating “for its ability to efficiently allocate and grow its finances.”
“Only 12 percent of the charities we’ve rated have received at least two consecutive 4-star evaluations, indicating that the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine outperforms most charities in America in its efforts to operate in the most fiscally responsible way possible,” the letter said. “This ‘exceptional’ rating from Charity Navigator differentiates the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine from its peers and prove that it’s worthy of the public’s trust.”
