Join PCRM for Sublime Send-Off
Pamela Anderson, Paul McCartney, Alec Baldwin—they all love Sublime restaurant’s eclectic cuisine and upbeat atmosphere. And this month you can find out why when you sample Sublime’s innovative concept in vegetarian cuisine at a PCRM benefit.
Make your reservations now to join PCRM president Neal Barnard, M.D., and special guests T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D., and Christina Pirello for an evening in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., to support PCRM’s work.
Nanci Alexander, Sublime's owner, will host the second annual Bon Voyage Party for the Holistic Holiday at Sea Cruise on Feb. 28, 2009, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., at her legendary restaurant. Sublime’s menu is cholesterol-free and uses organic ingredients when possible. Dishes are prepared with fresh organic herbs grown in Sublime’s rooftop garden. Additionally, 100 percent of Sublime’s profits go to organizations that promote animal welfare and a vegan lifestyle.
This is also a great opportunity for out-of-towners to experience world-class vegan cuisine the night before the cruise departs and for locals to take part in a fun evening at this award-winning hot spot—favored by Alicia Silverstone, Florence Henderson, and Bob Barker.
The cost is $50 per person for the reception, dinner not included. Last year’s event sold out quickly. Registration is only available by calling Sublime at 954-539-9000.
