New Kickstart Health Tracker: Monitor Weight, Blood Pressure, and More
The 21-Day Vegan Kickstart just began this week! What’s new for 2013? The myKickstart Health Tracker helps participants keep track of weight, cholesterol, blood pressure, A1c, and more.
The health tracker isn’t the only exciting update: Kickstart will begin running the first through 21st of each month. Sign up each month, and use the new health tracker to monitor your success throughout the year.
Kickstarting throughout the year is also the best way to find out about new celeb coaches such as former Miss World Rosanna Davison. She followed a vegetarian diet for more than a decade, but recently transitioned to a vegan diet to propel training for the Galway Ironman.
“Get rid of dairy products,” says Davison. “I feel so much healthier on a plant-based, vegan diet. The amount of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients in plant-based foods gives me an extra edge as an athlete. It also helps propel me through long days in the science lab, between biochemistry exams, and long photo shoots.”
