Shannon Gray, RD, is a registered dietitian residing in Philadelphia, Pa. She earned her undergraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and her combined Master of Science and Dietetic Internship from Ohio University. Prior to joining the Barnard Medical Center, Shannon worked in long-term care facilities in the greater Philadelphia area providing clinical nutrition care. Most recently, she has spent the past several years providing one-on-one virtual nutrition counseling to clients around the globe with a wide variety of health goals. She holds a plant-based nutrition certificate through eCornell and is passionate about teaching individuals how to take control of their health. She understands the challenges that come with making a lifestyle change and strives to provide the knowledge and support that individuals need along their personal health journeys. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and exercising.
