Beginning in 2025, our little community will endeavor to inspire healthy lifestyle changes through hosting a variety of educational activities that will empower our members with the knowledge and tools needed to restore their health and revitalize their lives.Our group is open to all, regardless of where you are on your plant-based wellness journey. We welcome anyone curious about learning more about healthy food or seeking social connection. People of all ages, including children, are invited to join. Our events are free, and we have several co-leaders who together organize our gatherings.
