Discovering the Word of Wisdom is a place where people who are enthusiastic about the LDS Word of Wisdom can gather to learn and share wisdom both from the LDS tradition and from the wider whole food, plant-based community.Anyone is welcome to join! While those within the LDS community may have a special interest, anyone who is plant-based and enjoys learning with the LDS community is welcome. All resources are free.

We primarily meet through our Facebook group, where wonderful recipes and resources are shared. We also occasionally sponsor pot-luck get-togethers in Utah County as well.
