East Side Evolution was formed as an extension of Plant Based MN to better support individuals interested in a plant-based lifestyle in the eastern part of the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro area.We welcome everyone, regardless of their experience or commitment to a plant-based lifestyle. Whether you're plant curious, occasional, or fully committed, we provide a supportive space for information, community, and growth.

About Our Events
We currently meet monthly at a fully vegan buffet in an Indian restaurant near Battle Creek Regional Park. We are also seeking a free, non-restaurant meeting space in Saint Paul. Our social media shares content with other local Building Healthy Communities groups under ?Plant Based MN? (FB), ?Plantpuremn? (IG), and ?Plant Based MN? (Meetup).
