Our group began with 15 members in March 2019. When COVID-19 hit, we created the EAT YOURSELF HEALTHY Facebook group. Now over 5,000 strong, we promote the WFPB lifestyle through science-based education, recipes, testimonials, and support to help members thrive.We focus on improving health through the WFPB lifestyle, drawing from sources like Mastering Diabetes, Forks Over Knives, NutritionFacts.org, and PCRM. We educate, adapt, and demonstrate how to make this lifestyle practical and sustainable.
