Founded in November 2024, we support and promote healthy, plant-based lifestyles in Salem and Roanoke, VA, by hosting gatherings, potlucks, and other events. Our group is for current plant-based eaters as well as those interested in learning about the lifestyle and its benefits.Our group is open to everyone, regardless of where they are on their plant-based wellness journey. We welcome anyone interested in learning more about healthy food or seeking social connection. People of all ages, including children, are invited to join. Our events are free, and we have two co-leaders who organize our gatherings.
