HWVitality.com organizes 11-week Zoom groups in spring and fall to educate and support individuals in sustaining vital, active lifestyles. Each group of 6-12 participants, guided by a coach, focuses on nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, sleep, and community.Members gain access to monthly cooking tips, demos, expert Q&As, and optional masterclasses to deepen their understanding of a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle.
