About Our Events
Heartland Rooted hosts a monthly WFBP Plantluck, including educational sessions such as presentations, recipe demos, panel discussions or videos. A support group meets for lunch at local restaurants. Our web presence includes a podcast, website and a Facebook page and private group. Community lectures on WFPB lifestyle are given sporadically.
