VegOut was started in June 2013 by Carolyn and Bryan Strickland and Edwin Marty as a way for the community to come together around healthy foods at EATSouth Teaching Farm, with a monthly potluck focused on healthy plant-based dishes. We welcome anyone who wants to join us and encourage everyone to bring something plant-based to share.All are welcome to attend VegOut events, but we ask that only vegan foods be brought to the potluck gatherings. Our events are free, and plates and utensils are provided.

About Our Events
VegOut hosts a monthly potluck on the second Tuesday of each month at a local vegan restaurant after closing hours. Additionally, our related group, Meatless Monday Montgomery, organizes bi-monthly outings to enjoy vegan meals together and hosts a larger Vegan Night event once a month at select restaurants.
