Approximately eight years ago, Gail began her transition towards a lifestyle change. She made the decision to live with a completely plant-based diet and any other products that were a part of her life, which included product choices from companies that are eco and vegan friendly, to becoming a voice in the animal protection and activism communities. With this transition, Gail has taken her experience and training to get to the level of plant-based chef and restaurant owner. Her goal is to convert the traditional comfort food recipes to a healthier plant-based version.
