Can a Plant-Based Diet Improve Your Type 2 Diabetes?

A new 16-week study tests whether a low-fat, plant-based diet can improve type 2 diabetes.

Research has demonstrated that this approach can enhance blood sugar control, promote weight loss, and reduce the risk of diabetes-related complications. Are you ready to take control of your diabetes management journey?

Qualified participants will receive:

  • Weekly group sessions with physicians, dietitians, and cooking instructors
  • A one-on-one consultation with a dietitian
  • Nutrition education, practical tips, meal planning, and cooking demonstrations 
  • Lab tests to check body composition and other health measures
