Qualified participants will receive:
- Weekly group sessions with physicians, dietitians, and cooking instructors
- A one-on-one consultation with a dietitian
- Nutrition education, practical tips, meal planning, and cooking demonstrations
- Lab tests to check body composition and other health measures
