Virtual Live Screening of the Healthy Hospital Chef Challenge
Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025, 6:30 p.m. ET
At the 2024 International Conference on Nutrition in Medicine, we premiered our first-ever Healthy Hospital Chef Challenge in partnership with the Institute of Culinary Education—and the response was incredible! This competition truly embodies how healthful and delicious the food served on patient trays can be. Due to overwhelming demand, we’re thrilled to announce an encore virtual screening of the competition on Tuesday, Jan. 21, at 6:30 p.m. ET.
The Healthy Hospital Chef Challenge attracted applicants from around the globe, narrowing the field to three talented culinary professionals from health care systems. These chefs were tasked with creating dishes that were not only healthful but also vibrant and delicious—all while competing against the clock in front of a live audience. And they delivered!
