Abigail Oberla is a family nurse practitioner with a passion for helping others to be well. Prior to entering practice as a nurse practitioner at CVS MinuteClinic, Abigail completed internships at TrueNorth Health Center and the Barnard Medical Center, where she learned how to utilize whole food, plant-based nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, tobacco cessation, and supportive community as prescriptions for optimal health. She has since obtained her plant-based nutrition certificate through Cornell, as well as board certification in lifestyle medicine through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
