Dr. Mechley is a practicing Direct Primary Care family physician, entrepreneur, clinical consultant, and educator who has been practicing in Cincinnati since 1998. She earned her medical doctorate at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed her residency in family medicine at The University of Utah. She is board certified in both Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. She was the first board certified Lifestyle Medicine doctor in the tristate area.
It is her interest in aligning her focus of Lifestyle Medicine principals within the practice of primary care that has led her to open IFC Direct Primary Care in Cincinnati, Ohio.
She loves caring for patients by helping to get to the root of the issues affecting health and wellbeing. This includes focusing on Plant-strong nutrition, improving sleep, movement, stress management in understanding their emotional and physical environment.
