Anne Schroeder recently resigned from the Department of Diabetic Education to live in Idaho around her family. She is currently looking for part-time education opportunities. Anne's passion is to educate the public either individually or in small groups on the benefits of having a whole food, plant-based lifestyle to prevent and decrease risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and diabetes.
