Anthony Dissen provides counseling and education on how to adopt and thrive with a whole food, plant-based diet. Anthony provides telehealth appointments in 30- or 60-minute increments for people who are new to a plant-based diet, or for those who are already eating a plant-based diet but are in need of further education or guidance. In addition, Anthony provides educational lectures and programming (either via telehealth or in-person offerings) throughout the New Jersey area in topics related to plant-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
