Christian Joyner, PA-C, is a plant-based provider in the Ghent/Larchmont area of Norfolk. She has been plant-based for more than 7 years and emphasizes the importance of nutrition as medicine, working to combine this philosophy with modern medicine. She is a Norfolk native and graduated from Old Dominion University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science. In 2006, she graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School's physician assistant program. As the owner of Collaborative Health Outreach of Virginia, she offers other nontraditional services, including intravenous nutrition, weight loss programs, and hormone replacement therapy.
