Connie Sanchez, ND, is a licensed naturopathic physician. She graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in biology. She received her doctorate in naturopathic medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in 2001and has been practicing for more than 20 years. Dr. Sanchez began her practice in Denver and at that time became a Food for Life instructor offering plant-based cooking classes to her community. In 2010, Dr. Sanchez interned at True North Health Center in Santa Rosa, Calif. In 2011, Dr. Sanchez moved from Colorado to California and joined a practice in Santa Cruz, where she practiced until 2015. In 2021, Dr. Sanchez returned to True North as a resident doctor and is now practicing full time in Washington.
