Dr. Winer is an honorary consultant in physician rehabilitation medicine at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney, with clinical practice in musculoskeletal medicine and rehabilitation medicine. He is a medico-legal consultant graduate member of the London College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is also a member of the Rehabilitation Medicine Society of Australia and New Zealand, the Australian Association of Musculoskeletal Medicine, the Australian Rheumatology Association, the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, the Australian Medical Association, the Medico-Legal Society, and the pain management and orthopedic special interest groups of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine. He has been a lecturer at the University of Sydney and has published 23 papers.
