Danae Perkins is a Family Practice Physician Assistant who is board certified in Lifestyle Medicine and has implemented this into her practice since 2018. She is passionate about preventing and reversing chronic diseases using lifestyle changes and loves helping her patients make the changes while taking control of their lives. Using food as medicine and coaching her patients through the transition she has been successful in deprescribing medication. She believes that all people, shapes, sizes, abilities, and health conditions are deserving of maximizing the quality and quantity of their years.

Danae's approach to lifestyle change is personalized for each client guided by the principles of Lifestyle Medicine.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, chasing her two boys, competing on her horses, and enjoying the outdoors.
