Deb is a naturopathic doctor and professional wellness and lifestyle coach. She is also a certified health minister with Hallelujah Acres’ Back to the Garden Health Ministry. She was recognized by her peers as Healthcare Professional of the Year in 2009. Dr. Deb uses a uniquely holistic approach to wellness including whole food, plant-based nutrition, stress management, lifestyle counseling, and more. Dr. Deb has been plant-based since January 1976. She raised her family on a plant-based lifestyle and knows every aspect of making it a reality in your life. Her guiding principle is that food is your best medicine, and the best medicine is plants.
