Dipak Patel, DO, is double board-certified in family medicine and lifestyle medicine. He has extensive experience in pediatrics, women’s health, and internal medicine, as well as addiction medicine and mental health.

In 2017, Dr. Patel earned his most precious board certification from the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine, and in 2019 he co-founded a lifestyle medicine-focused primary care practice in central Connecticut.
