Dr. Elizabeth Cummins founded Cummins Women's Health + Wellness in 1998 in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Cummins is double board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and lifestyle medicine and emphasizes food as medicine with plant-based nutrition alongside judicious use of medications and surgeries. She has a special interest in prevention and reversal of noncommunicable diseases in women through lifestyle modifications. Her personal journey with the power of plant-based nutrition started in 2020 with the reversal of two autoimmune disorders that allowed her to avoid medication, surgery, and radiation.
