Dr. Elizabeth Slauter earned her Bachelor of Arts in music at the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio in 2012. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2017. She completed her residency in family medicine at Lone Star Family Health Center in Conroe in 2020. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2020. In 2021, Dr. Slauter passed the obesity medicine boards and is board-certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine as an ABOM diplomate. Since Dr. Slauter's obesity medicine membership, her interest in plant-based medicine has continued to grow.
