I have been a Family Physician in Enterprise, Oregon since 2005 after graduating from residency. I learned about the importance of plant- based eating after becoming a CHIP Instructor in 2012. I also joined the College of Lifestyle Medicine in 2012 and became Board certified in Lifestyle Medicine in 2017. I have been teaching classes on the importance of plant-based eating in my community with CHIP, Diabetes Undone, The Lift Project and will soon be adding Food for Life classes once I have completed the training. I also enjoy helping patients meet their health goals by incorporating lifestyle changes in individual appointments.
