Dr. Ethan J. Ciment is the founder and medical director of Chelsea Foot and Ankle, where he treats the entire spectrum of foot and ankle medicine and surgery. He is board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine, and an active member of both the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine and the American College of Foot and Ankle Pediatrics. Dr. Ciment is certified in plant-based nutrition by the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Dr. Ciment is the president of the board of directors at Woodstock Farm Sanctuary, a co-founder of the popular blog Vegan Mos, and co-author of the popular vegan cookbook NYC Vegan: Iconic Recipes for a Taste of the Big Apple.
