With 20 years of experience in professional counseling, as well as over 40 in my personal life, I have the tools to help you reach your own nutritional goals and break bad habits. I believe in the power of plants, and together we will figure out a plan that works for you.

I have a virtual practice out of my home in Chappaqua, NY. If you live locally we can also organize food shopping & cooking classes together.

I started my nutrition practice, Nutrition by Eve, LLC, in 2007. I am both a Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN). After completing an internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in NYC, I received my RD, and then my Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University.
