Heidi Lohmann-Schrader, RD
Heidi obtained her bachelor's degree from Kansas State University, double majoring in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed her accredited dietetic internship and master’s degree from Auburn University.
Heidi’s nutrition philosophy is grounded in the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES) and intuitive eating. Helping people restore and maintain a healthy relationship with food is a priority for Heidi. She believes that all foods fit within a healthy eating pattern. Heidi has been an ovo-lacto-pescatarian since 2006 and encourages all of her clients to consume a more plant-centered diet.
Her experience includes counseling patients with diabetes, kidney disease, eating disorders and gastrointestinal issues, among others. She has a background as a dietitian working in a clinical inpatient setting and is a member of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
