Holley Nash is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, a Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management and an active member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.

In addition to extensive training and experience in nutrition therapy and obesity intervention, Holley has over twenty years of professional culinary experience, which she uses to help her clients and patients understand and navigate the complexities of planning and preparing balanced meals for themselves and their families. Holley’s passion and professional focus is on helping people overcome barriers to good health and proper nutrition through supportive counselling and nutrition education.
