Ifeoma Nwokoye, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, DipACLM, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Lifestyle Medicine Provider who combines western allopathic medical and holistic health training to provide a whole person approach to health. She completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at Yale University in 2016, residency at Lifelong Medical in Berkeley, CA, and has an extensive background delivering primary care in community based healthcare settings.

Ms. Nwokoye is the founder of Lifestyle Medicine New Haven and believes a healthy lifestyle should be available to everyone. She is part of a growing movement of healthcare providers to reimagine what healthcare can and should be: healthcare that honors the whole person, sees human potential rather than focusing on deficits, addresses the underlying causes of imbalance and disease, and is accessible and equitable.
