Dr. Janet Kershaw-Mclennan is a board-certified allergist-immunologist in Central Coastal California. Her premed training was in nutrition at Cornell University. She was recently certified in plant-based nutrition from eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. She also received culinary training with Harvard Health.
