Janie Unruh, PhD
Dr. Unruh has been working as a health consultant with people to successfully reverse and prevent chronic disease through a whole food, plant-based diet for over 20 years. She maintained her certifications as a registered nurse and certified diabetes educator until moving to Canada, where she focuses on phone and in-person consultations, cooking classes, and public health lectures. Her strength is her ability to pinpoint symptoms and link them to evidence-based specific dietary habits to assist people to overcome their health challenges.
She started several health programs worldwide, founded and managed the most successful certified diabetes programs in the northwest United States, and has traveled the world to share health-saving information. Give her a call to get back on track again.
