Dr. Benson is board-certified in family medicine with more than 11 years of clinical experience working with individuals with a wide variety of illnesses. He received training through the Institute for Functional Medicine and has specialized training and experience prescribing nutrition to treat and reverse chronic disease. He is passionate about prevention and optimizing health in individuals. Dr. Benson graduated from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency training at Hunterdon Medical Center in New Jersey. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and the Institute for Functional Medicine and is licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. Dr. Benson lives with his wife and four children in Flemington, N.J.
