Dr. John Kaplan's clinical practice has spanned more than 35 years. He recently transitioned to full-time plant-based nutrition consultation. He is a certificate holder in plant-based nutrition from the Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University (T Colin's program) and is a boarded Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
