A warm welcome! Dr. Julia Huber is a diplomate of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine, as well as an International Coaching Federation certified coach and trauma-informed yoga instructor. She has practiced as a medical doctor since 1999. She works as a partner in health with you to select evidence-based options and well-being strategies that suit your particular needs and goals. If you are curious about a whole food, plant-based diet, she can get you started, but you get to select what works for you. The goal is to get you feeling better by setting some short-term and long-term goals to optimize your health!

All meetings are via telemedicine, pay as you go. Discount packages are available, and your first 15-minute meet and greet call is free. Dr. Huber collaborates with your primary care physician and other healers as desired, and if there is another resource that would better serve you, Dr. Huber will be honest with you about that so you can find the best solutions for you.
