I am a Registered Dietitian and Exercise Specialist practicing in Southwest Michigan. I became a vegetarian at 13 years old to spare animals any harm. Later as an ultramarathoner I gave up dairy (which can be a contestant) and was surprised how much better my breathing during running became! I've worked for 32 years as a clinical dietitian seeing a variety of clients with conditions from weight management, diabetes, sports nutrition, allergies, heart disease and more. I love encouraging others to eat a plant-based diet to prevent and or reverse disease. And I love even more seeing their success at meeting their goals of improving their health and living a happier life!
