As a psychotherapist with credentials in both social work and psychology, Dr. Milstein has been working for many years. Since their first pregnancy, Dr. Milstein has been increasingly conscious of diet and has had no meat for approximately 30 years. Dr. Milstein worked for several years at the Center for Advancement in Cancer Education outside Philadelphia, an agency providing nutritional consultation to cancer patients, where Dr. Milstein founded a psychological counseling program, consistent with our nutritional guidelines.
