Kathryn (Kate) Phillips completed her Bachelor of Science in dietetics in 2013 and the Sodexo distance education dietetic internship in 2014. In 2015, she worked with the Central Virginia Health District providing counseling on safe infant feeding practices, breastfeeding information, and gestational diabetes support for pregnant women. In 2016, she worked with BeWell, a program of the University of Virginia Health System providing personalized coaching for more than 150 participants toward making nutrition and lifestyle changes.
